Rajiv Dhawan is the Managing Director of Rollcon Technofab India Pvt Ltd — one of India’s most trusted names in bulk material handling and conveying systems. With decades of expertise rooted in core engineering, Rajiv has built Rollcon from a specialist engineering firm into a full-service EPC company delivering turnkey solutions across power, steel, cement, mining, ports, food, paper, textiles, alcohol, and fertilizer industries.
Under his leadership, Rollcon has partnered with industry giants including Vedanta, NTPC, Adani, UltraTech Cement, Thermax, Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL), Sun Pharma, Carlsberg, UFLEX, Indorama, and CEAT — executing complex fuel handling, ash handling, biomass conveying, and bulk material systems across India.
Rajiv’s philosophy is built on three pillars: process-driven execution, engineering innovation, and zero-compromise reliability. He is also the founder of Raydians Solutions LLP, an MSME-registered product company, and the driving force behind Relief & You (RAY), an NGO dedicated to crisis relief and community development.
